How do I download the Hesett app?
You can download Hesett from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Simply search for 'Hesett' and tap install.
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap 'Sign Up'. You can create an account using your email address or connect with your Google or Apple account for faster registration.
Is Hesett free to use?
Yes! Hesett is completely free for diners. You only pay for your food and drinks at restaurants. No hidden fees or subscription charges.

Finding Restaurants

How do I find restaurants near me?
The app automatically shows restaurants in your area when you open it. You can also use the search bar to find specific restaurants or cuisines.
Can I see restaurant menus before visiting?
Yes! Tap on any restaurant to view their complete menu with photos, descriptions, and prices. You can also see real-time availability.
How do I filter restaurants?
Use the filter options to search by cuisine type, distance, rating, price range, or special features like outdoor seating or delivery.

Booking & Reservations

How do I book a table?
Select your preferred restaurant, choose your date and time, specify the number of guests, and tap 'Book Table'. You'll receive a confirmation instantly.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes! Go to 'My Bookings' in your profile, select the reservation, and choose to modify or cancel. Changes are free up to 2 hours before your booking.
What if I'm running late?
You can notify the restaurant through the app. Most restaurants hold tables for 15 minutes, but it's always best to call them directly if you're significantly delayed.

Group Dining

How does group dining work?
Book a table for your group size, then invite friends using the share link. Everyone can join the same table and order together from their own devices.
Can we split the bill?
Absolutely! After your meal, select which items each person is paying for, and the app will automatically calculate and split the bill for you.
What if someone can't make it?
You can remove people from the group at any time. The bill splitting will automatically adjust to only include those who actually dined.

QR Menu Scanning

How do I scan the QR code?
Open the Hesett app and tap the QR scanner icon. Point your camera at the QR code on your table, and the menu will instantly appear on your screen.
What if the QR code doesn't work?
Make sure you have good lighting and the QR code is clearly visible. If it still doesn't work, ask your server for assistance or use the restaurant's direct menu link.
Can I save my favorite dishes?
Yes! Tap the heart icon next to any dish to save it to your favorites. You can view all your saved dishes in your profile under 'Favorites'.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. You can save multiple payment methods for convenience.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use bank-level encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes! After payment, you'll receive a digital receipt via email and in the app. You can also access all your past receipts in your profile.
